This strapless dress features a custom made, built-in bustier with gathered fabric that has been hand sewn & pleated onto the bustier, and a gathered chiffon skirt with raw edges up top for a ruffly effect. Bottom hem has been professionally surged with trim to add more volume to the skirt. Fully lined. Snap closure. Outlined by a black cotton sash and vintage button, or a velvet sash. Please allow 2-3 months for delivery for this custom made gown.
